I am extremely disappointed in this bill. It is outrageous that this legislation would prioritize smart ship repair over other crucial issues facing our country. It is clear that this bill does not have the best interests of hardworking Americans in mind. We need to focus on policies that will benefit all citizens, not just a select few. This bill is a complete failure and I will not stand for it.
