This bill redesignates (1) the Office of the Mayor of the District of Columbia as the Office of the Governor of the District, (2) the Council of the District as the Legislative Assembly of the District, and (3) the Office of the Chair of the Council of the District as the Office of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the District.
