Congressional Summary of S 1638

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to study and report to specified congressional committees regarding the suitability and feasibility of designating the French Colonial Historic District, including the Bequette-Ribault, St Gemme-Amoureaux, and Wilhauk homes and related supporting historical assets in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, as a unit of the National Park System.

Authorizes appropriations.
