Overall, the Keep Physicians Serving Patients Act of 2023 aims to improve access to healthcare in underserved areas by incentivizing physicians to practice in these communities. By addressing the shortage of healthcare providers in these areas, the bill seeks to ensure that all Americans have access to quality medical care.
