National Cyber Director Act

This bill establishes the Office of the National Cyber Director, the duties of which shall include (1) serving as the principal advisor to the President on cybersecurity strategy and policy, (2) developing and supervising implementation of the U.S. National Cyber Strategy, and (3) directing the response of the federal government to cyberattacks and cyber campaigns of significant consequence.
