First Responder Access to Mobile Exchanges Act or the FRAME Act
This bill requires the Department of Defense to allow an emergency response provider (e.g., law enforcement or emergency medical personnel) to use a mobile commissary or exchange store deployed to an area covered by a declaration of a major disaster or emergency.
