The Better CARE for Animals Act of 2023, also known as Bill 118 s 2555, is a piece of legislation currently being considered by the US Congress. The main goal of this bill is to improve the welfare of animals in the United States by strengthening and expanding existing animal welfare laws.

This would help ensure that animals are treated humanely and that those who mistreat animals are held accountable for their actions. Overall, the Better CARE for Animals Act of 2023 aims to protect and improve the lives of animals in the United States by strengthening animal welfare laws and increasing resources for animal shelters and rescue organizations. It is currently being debated in Congress and has the potential to make a significant impact on the well-being of animals across the country.
