Directs the Secretary of the Senate to make corrections in the enrollment of S. 1356 to:

change the title to read "An Act to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2016 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes;"
change "Ukrainian Republic" to "Ukraine" in several provisions; and
replace the funding table included in section 4201 (Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation) of the bill.
