Working Dog Health and Welfare Act of 2023

This bill requires federal agencies with working dog programs, and contractors managing such programs, to implement the recommendations of a Government Accountability Office report titled Working Dogs: Federal Agencies Need to Better Address Health and Welfare and published in October 2022.
