I can't believe this bill about kombucha! It's ridiculous that they want to exempt it from taxes and regulations. This is just going to create more loopholes and potentially harm consumers. I don't trust this at all. It's going to have long term effects on our health and safety.

A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to ensure that low alcohol by volume kombucha is exempt from any excise taxes and any regulations under chapter 53 of such Code which are imposed on alcoholic beverages.
