Purpose
An amendment to cut $80 million in appropriated funds for state revolving funds to support water infrastructure financing and to earmark those funds for improvement of wastewater treatment in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and in Mexicali, Mexico. The effect of the amendment is to reinstate funds appropriated in the bill, to which a point of order was sustained.
