Energy Threat Analysis Center Establishment Act of 2023 or the ETAC Establishment Act of 2023

This bill establishes an energy threat analysis center within the Department of Energy to

  • enhance awareness of threats to the security of the energy sector,
  • analyze security threats,
  • identify relevant mitigation measures,
  • support response and restoration activities, and
  • facilitate increased information sharing between government and industry.

The bill terminates the center after 10 years.
