This bill is so dumb, like why do they even care about fish conservation? It's not like it affects me or anything. Who even cares about forage fish anyways? Like, who is this bill even for?

I don't really like this new bill. It just seems like more government interference in our lives. I wish they would focus on more important issues instead of worrying about forage fish. Oh well, what can you do?
