SERV Act

Successful Entrepreneurship for Reservists and Veterans Act or the SERV Act

This bill requires (1) the Small Business Administration to report on the veterans interagency task force; and (2) the Government Accountability Office to report on access to credit for small businesses owned and controlled by veterans, Reservists, or their spouses.

The SERV Act, also known as Bill 118 hr 4480, is a piece of legislation currently being considered by the US Congress. The purpose of the SERV Act is to provide support and resources to individuals and communities affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, wildfires, and floods.
