Bill 118 hr 4448, also known as the Canadian Snowbird Visa Act, is a piece of legislation introduced in the US Congress. The purpose of this bill is to allow Canadian citizens who are at least 50 years old and own property in the United States to stay in the country for up to 240 days each year, without needing to obtain a visa.

The bill aims to promote tourism and economic activity in the United States by making it easier for Canadian "snowbirds" to spend extended periods of time in the country. It also seeks to strengthen the relationship between the US and Canada by facilitating travel for Canadian citizens who own property in the US.

If passed, the Canadian Snowbird Visa Act would provide a significant benefit to Canadian citizens who wish to spend more time in the United States, particularly during the winter months. It would also potentially boost the US economy by increasing tourism and spending by Canadian visitors. Overall, the Canadian Snowbird Visa Act is a bipartisan effort to streamline the visa process for Canadian citizens who own property in the US and wish to spend more time in the country. It is aimed at promoting tourism, strengthening US-Canada relations, and providing economic benefits for both countries.
