These safeguards are designed to protect both consumers and delivery providers and ensure the integrity of the delivery system. Overall, the DELIVER Act of 2022 aims to modernize and strengthen the delivery of essential services in the United States, with a focus on improving access, efficiency, and safety. By investing in innovation, collaboration, and security, the bill seeks to address the unique challenges faced by rural and underserved communities and ensure that all Americans have access to the services they need.
