Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2014 - Modifies the boundary of the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park in Georgia to include approximately eight acres identified as Wallis House and Harriston Hill.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land or interests, by donation or exchange, from willing sellers only.
Requires written consent of property owners before the land is included in the park. Bars the Secretary from acquiring the land by condemnation.
Prohibits activities or uses outside the park from being regulated or precluded merely because those activities or uses can be seen, heard, or detected from within the park, thereby prohibiting this Act from being construed to create buffer zones outside the park.
